Our Programs
Our proven initiatives drive real impact across education, healthcare, water access, and economic empowerment in Ugandan communities.
Maternal Health & Community Health Workers
We train and equip 120 community health workers to provide maternal care, child health services, immunization, and health education in their communities. Each health worker covers a population of 300–500 households. This programme has prevented over 450 maternal complications and enhanced immunization coverage from 62% to 89% in target areas.
Community Savings & Loans Groups (SACCOs)
Establishing and strengthening Savings and Credit Cooperative Organisations (SACCOs) enabling communities to save collectively, access affordable credit, and invest in productive activities. 32 active SACCOs with 1,200 members have mobilized UGX 240M in savings, funding education, health, and business ventures.
Sustainable Agriculture & Food Security
Supporting smallholder farmers with improved crop varieties, farming techniques, and agricultural inputs. We promote crop diversification, conservation agriculture, and community grain stores. Farmer groups have increased yields by 65% and built resilience against seasonal food shortages.
Youth Economic Empowerment Hub
A comprehensive programme providing vocational training (tailoring, hairdressing, welding, carpentry), business skills, digital literacy, and startup capital to young adults aged 18–35. Graduates earn an average of UGX 180,000 monthly. Over 420 youth have launched their own micro-enterprises.
Universal Primary School Completion
Our flagship education programme ensures all children in 45 primary schools across 8 sub-counties complete their primary education. We provide scholastic materials, uniforms, nutritional support, and teacher training. Over 3,200 children have completed primary school through this programme, with 92% progressing to secondary education.
Girls' Secondary School Scholarship
Providing full scholarships (tuition, uniforms, boarding, materials) to 80 vulnerable girls annually to complete secondary education. Recipients receive mentorship and career guidance. Our first cohort achieved an 87% pass rate in national exams, with 65% proceeding to higher education or skilled employment.
